I fell in love with your face in 1989. When I saw the video for “Sweet Soul Sister: I almost fainted, you got me off to the promised land. I LOVE your music, it plays 24/7 at my home & in my car. I watch you DVD’s at night. You keep me company, thank you. I’ve been trying to say that for a few years. If you’re ever in Palm Springs you’re more than welcome to get out of the desert sun here, lol.
Not only do you have an awesome voice, not only are you the sexiest man on earth, not only do you write the most awesome words for songs but you are a fucking genius…I wonder why the whole world hasn’t realized it by now. Must be a stupid world we live in…thank God for you & you talent. You rock my life & my world everyday. I turn you on when I wake up & you turn me on when I go to sleep, thank you…
Dear Ian: Don’t guess that was you Thurs 11/17 in Dallas with Robby Krieger & Ray Manzarek, was it??? Rocked me outta my mind! Couldn’t believe how Good it was! Been checking out your UTube videos & Love them (you sweet little changeling!) Did you ever check my “bones” out (by bones I mean a complete song is like creating a Frankenstein-you need skeleton & flesh & blood & heartbeat with the breath of life breathed into it by a good singer) These were my first attempts to ever record the songs I’ve written for copyright purposes only but haven’t gotten around to re-doing them yet–These Bones need ‘professional help!” Luvu! was so star-struck I didn’t even say anything to the lead singer–I feel awful not telling him how freakin kick ass he was…goo goo ga ga! whew! ANYWAY, HAVE A NICE “KILL THE INDIANS & TAKE OVER A COUNTRY DAY!” & PASS THE PEACE PIPE PLEASE!
